FERTILITY RENTALS F.A.Q.
Where does Fertility Rentals ship from? We ship from all over the United States, depending where our vendors are. If we have stock, it will ship from Northern California.
How long does it take to get my Fertility Monitor? We use Priority USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx depending on what our vendors use.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. You will receive it after it has shipped.
Do you pay for returns? Yes, we include a postage-paid return shipping label.
What are the chances of getting a brand new monitor? Currently, every item we ship is brand new.
If I receive an unsealed box, how do I know that it’s clean? We sanitize all of our products before shipping it out. We also include sanitation wipes for your assurance.
Are instructions included? Yes. Everything will be provided for you as well as returning instructions.
When will my credit card be charged? For each Fertility Monitor, a monthly rental charge on will be applied to your credit card on the day your product was shipped (For example, if your product was shipped on May 26th, your next billing date will be June 26th).
Can I purchase the monitor? For devices that have been rented for 6-months or longer, we offer a buy-out program.
What happens if my device is not working? Immediately contact us at 1-888-889-3891.
What happens if I don’t like my device? Should you decide to change your mind for any reason, please return the device within 3 business days and you will receive a complete refund (less shipping and handling).
What shipping method do you use? We prefer Priority USPS 3-days because of it’s flexibility to ship to post office boxes as well as AFO for wives of our servicemen. We also use UPS and FedEx.
I mailed the Fertility Monitor back, why haven’t you received them? Please hold onto your tracking number. We are not responsible for any returns without a tracking number. You will be billed for the total buy-out price if our product does not have a tracking number and it has been lost.
Can I be assured that my credit card info is safe? YES! We have a SSL certificate from Volusion. Trusted by over 99.3% of current Internet users, Volusion SSL credit card transactions. Volusion SSL Certificates carry a warranty of $100,000.
What is your return policy? Should you decide to change your mind for any reason, please return the device within 3 business days and you will receive a complete refund (less shipping and handling).
Do you reimburse shipping charges? We do not reimburse for shipping charges unless your monitor is damaged. The damage must be called upon within the first 3-days of receipt.
What happens if I returned my monitor on the 28th and my billing day is the 26th? Unfortunately, you will be billed for the entire billing cycle. We do not offer any pro-rated reimbursement.
Do you take personal checks? We do not carry personal checks at this time.
Will you share my contact information? We do not share your contact information with any third parties. You may receive a newsletter from Fertility Rentals from time-to-time but you also have the option to opt out of it. Please also see our Terms and Agreements.
